Does Rentals require a subscription?+

No. OpenDesk Rentals is transaction priced. The 5% platform fee applies only to successful online booking payments processed through OpenDesk.

Are Stripe processing fees included?+

No. Stripe processing is separate from OpenDesk subscription, platform, and service fees.

Can I buy a website without the phone receptionist?+

Yes. Website projects and care plans are available independently, and the OpenDesk website agent can be added when your business is ready.
